I was craving a turkey burger, but I wanted to be healthy. Make this salad and add whatever you like on your burger. Serves 1.
2 cups romaine, chopped¼
cup dill pickle chips, diced¼ cup
cheddar cheese, diced¼ cup
tomatoes, diced¼ cup
avocado, diced¼ cup
crispy bacon, diced¼ cup
turkey, dicedJF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette
, to tasteJF Spicy Salt
, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
In a large salad bowl, place the chopped romaine lettuce. Top with the dill pickle chips, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, avocado, crispy bacon, and cracked pepper turkey. Drizzle with my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette
. Using two large spoons mix the salad until combined and the dressing is evenly coating the salad. Season with JF Spicy Salt
and fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
