Summer Yogurt Bowl

This is my current favorite summer breakfast.

I first discovered this dish when we were still in our SoHo office and the first Chobani store opened in NYC. They offer a version of this and I ordered it so much that I started making it at home.

 Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt of your choice (I prefer 2% not nonfat)
1/4 fresh mango diced small 
1/2 organic avocado
1/4 fresh chopped organic jalapeño 
handful of torn or chopped cilantro 
generous drizzle of olive oil 
fresh cracked black pepper
nice pinch of JF Spicy Salt 

Process
Spoon yogurt into serving bowl.
Layer all ingredients on top in your choice of order. I normally do avocado, mango, jalapeño, cilantro, pepper, JF Spicy Salt and then drizzle olive oil over the top.
Enjoy alone or with Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips on the site
