SUMMER YOGURT BOWL

This is my favorite option when I'm not fasting and want a spicy sweet breakfast. It also makes a great WFH or take-to-work lunch. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup plain coconut yogurt (I like Cocojune)
¼ fresh mango, finely diced
½ organic avocado, finely diced
¼ organic jalapeño, deseeded and sliced thin on the mandolin
Handful of cilantro, chopped 
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Generous pinch of JF Spicy Salt
Olive oil, to taste

PROCESS:

Spoon the yogurt into a bowl. Layer in the mango, avocado, jalapeño, cilantro, black pepper, and JF Spicy Salt. Top with a generous drizzle of olive oil and enjoy!
