ROASTED RADISHES

ROASTED RADISHES

These are a great Keto substitute for roasted red potatoes. They are Keto Kev approved. Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS:

2 bunches of radishes, cut into quarters
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp JF Universal Salt
1 Tbsp olive oil

 

Yogurt Dipping Sauce:
1/4 C Greek yogurt
1/2 clove of garlic, finely minced
JF Spicy Salt, to taste

PROCESS:

Place the radish quarters in a large bowl. Season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and JF Universal Salt. Drizzle the olive oil and mix really well so the seasoning evenly coats the radishes. Place these in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cook these at 400º for 25-30 minutes. 

 

Yogurt Dipping Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt and garlic. Season with JF Spicy Salt and serve underneath the roasted radishes to dip in.
