I have an early morning tomorrow so prepping as much as I can ahead. I had a crazy idea for hot sauce tuna over cabbage, so whipped this up fast with just some chopped red onion and JF Spicy Salt. Serves 1.
1 can low-sodium tuna, drained and flaked very fine
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, to taste
Hot sauce (I like Tia Lupita)
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Red onion, chopped
A squeeze of fresh lime
In a large bowl, using the flaked tuna as your base, begin working in the JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette, and hot sauce. Season with JF Spicy Salt and add in your chopped red onion. Enjoy over chopped greens or cabbage. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime.
