MY FAVE 5 INGREDIENT MASSAGED KALE SALAD

I am a big believer that sometimes the simple things are the best. This salad is a testament to that. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch of kale, chopped
2 avocados, diced
1 lemon, juiced
JF Universal Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper

PROCESS:

In a medium salad bowl, place the chopped kale and diced avocado. Squeeze the juice of one lemon through a strainer on top of the kale and avocado. Using your hands gently massage the kale and avocado together. Season with a lot of JF Universal Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste. Add any additional toppings that please you.
