MAYO-FREE HERBY GREEN GODDESS TUNA
INGREDIENTS2 4 oz cans of tuna
2 Tbsp of your favorite fresh vinaigrette
1/4 cup of white onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, chopped fine or grated
2 Tbsp fresh shallot, diced fine
1 fresh Jalapeño, diced fine
1 Tbsp fresh Italian Parsley, chopped fine
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1/2 tsp JF Spicy Salt
12 turns of fresh cracked black pepper
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest, grated
PROCESSDrain the tuna and flake it out really finely using the back of a fork.
Add 2 Tbsp of your favorite fresh vinaigrette and mix well.
Add in onion, garlic, shallots, jalapeño, and all herbs.
Add in the rest of the seasoning and mix well.
Serve on top of greens or eat this with your favorite crackers.
