JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by JENNIFER FISHER.
FINE JEWELRY ORDERS:
All fine jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 3 - 4 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, a sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
BRASS COLLECTION ORDERS:
Brass orders may ship immediately if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, orders can take up to 8 weeks. A sales representative will confirm the estimated time that you can expect to receive your order. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time frame. If this is the case, a sales representative will always notify the customer.
Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with UPS Ground shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee. JENNIFER FISHER is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and JENNIFER FISHER is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. JENNIFER FISHER is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves JENNIFER FISHER. If your order is sent back to JENNIFER FISHER by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. JENNIFER FISHER does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.

We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
In the event a catalog product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Jennifer Fisher Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Jennifer Fisher Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
Many charms can be hand stamped as noted on the product page. The product’s information will show you how many letters can be accommodated on each piece. The font of the stamping is basic block capital letter and comes in small, medium, and large. Your charms will be stamped with the sizing that works best with your piece, unless otherwise noted or requested by the customer at the time the order is placed. As these products are hand stamped, please note that there may be slight imperfections in the stamping.
Charm necklace customization feature:
When building your necklace using this feature on our website, the charms selected will appear to overlap one another in order to mimic your necklace in real life. The charms do not lay perfectly flat on the chain; all of the charms will fall to the center of the chain and lay on top of each other. Charms are not soldered onto the links directly but all have jump rings. This is part of the design and cannot be changed. The Necklace Customization feature is to help visualize what your finished product will look like, however it may not be fully accurate in size, and your finished product is not guaranteed to be exactly identical to the virtual product.
All charms are available in polished (high shine) or matte finish (satin look). Polished finish is our more popular finish. The finish of charms may not be altered once the order is complete. Please refer to the finish guide prior to completing your order. Chains are only available in polished finish.
All sales are final. Certain fine jewelry link chains may be exchanged in JENNIFER FISHER’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% stocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Brass collection jewelry may be exchanged for a store credit or for an alternate size within 7-10 days of receipt, subject to JENNIFER FISHER’s sole assessment as to whether the jewelry is in the same condition that it was purchased. If you purchased a JENNIFER FISHER piece of jewelry from an outside retailer and would like to exchange or return it, you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from JENNIFER FISHER.
Should you wish to make any alterations to your JENNIFER FISHER fine jewelry, or require a repair, please reach out to a sales representative at 212-625-2380 or 1-888-255-0640. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.
Since our brass jewelry is plated, we are not able to repair any brass jewelry. However, we kindly ask that you bring any issue experienced within 30 days of purchase to our attention. Should there be a problem with your jewelry, we are happy to exchange this item or extend a credit to you for the value of your piece.

VIP cards are only to be used by the name in which they were issued. Should a customer place an order using a VIP card belonging to another, the order will not be processed. JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right to cancel, modify, or alter a VIP card at any time without notice. VIP cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and for up to 5 orders during that year.
Any promotions offered by JENNIFER FISHER will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, JENNIFER FISHER has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user.
JENNIFER FISHER provides images of each item on the Site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.
MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION
JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that JENNIFER FISHER shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. The Terms and the relationship between you and JENNIFER FISHER shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York, New York.
