Zesty Spa Tuna


This is a clean and zesty modification of my JF Spa Tuna. Serves 2.


2 (4oz) cans of tuna
4 Tbsp mustard vinaigrette
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
½ red onion, finely diced
2 handfuls banana pepper rings, chopped
1 Tbsp Calabrian peppers, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
½ tsp JF Spicy Salt
⅛ tsp fresh cracked black pepper


Drain the tuna. Place both cans in a medium bowl and add the mustard vinaigrette and Dijon mustard. Using the back of a fork flake the tuna until fine. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Serve on top of a bed of lettuce or eat with your favorite crackers.
