YOU WON'T MISS THE BREADCRUMBS KETO MEATBALLS

Make these ahead of time and serve for a weekly dinner. Once the kids are back in school, you’ll love how quick and easy these are. Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS:

1lb organic ground beef
1 egg
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated 
1 cup riced cauliflower
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
½ shallot, finely diced
½ small white onion, finely diced
1½ Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
1 tsp JF Spicy Salt
tsp fresh cracked black pepper

PROCESS:

Preheat the oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine the beef, egg, parmesan, riced cauliflower, basil, oregano, shallot, and white onion. Mix together using your hands. Now add the fresh parsley, garlic, JF Spicy Salt, and fresh cracked black pepper. Mix well. Using your hands form little meatballs and place on a baking sheet. Leave about ½"-1" between each meatball. Bake for 35 minutes. Eat these on top of a salad dressed with my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette or with a bowl of really good pasta.
