
‘TRY NOT TO EAT THE ENTIRE POT’ CACIO E PEPE
This pasta is so simple and one of my all-time favorites. It is extremely customizable so make it according to your preferences. Serves 4.
2 C pasta water
2 C parmesan cheese, finely grated
4-5 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper.
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
