This simple slaw is my new favorite condiment. It adds brightness to any meal. Make a big batch and have it in the house to add to dishes as a crunchy condiment. Serves 4.
head of purple cabbage, sliced thin on the mandolin¼
cup JF Simple Mustard VinaigretteJF Spicy Salt
, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well to combine. Keep this in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
