This is the perfect chicken to make ahead of a busy week. Once it is ready it can be made into sandwiches and added to bowls or salads. Try this for the whole family. Serves 6.
1 package of organic chicken breasts, pounded to approximately ¾
-1 tsp chili powder½-
1 tsp paprika½
-1 tsp oregano½
-1 tsp thyme½
-1 tsp onion powder½
-1 tsp garlic powder½
-1 tsp JF Spicy Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 425º.
After pounding the chicken breasts on parchment paper, add them to a bowl. Season them with all of the spices, using your hands to coat evenly. Lay them on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Season with extra JF Spicy Salt
and fresh cracked black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15-18 minutes. The internal temperature will be 165º when fully cooked. I like to broil them for the last 2-3 minutes to crisp the tops.
