SIMPLE JF SALT ZUCCHINI
I have fond memories of Benihana when my kids were younger so I love to recreate this dish for them. Just three ingredients and so delicious! Pro tip: for a more crisp bite cook these in the broiler. Serves 4 as a side.
3 medium-sized zucchinis, sliced longways and cut into half-moons
2 Tbsp olive oil, more as needed
JF Spicy Salt, more as needed
In a large pan, over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil and zucchini. Season with JF Spicy Salt. Allow the zucchini to soften and caramelize, raising the heat as needed. Plate warm and top with additional JF Spicy Salt.
