MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN BURGERS
I love mediterranean food. These burgers are a great healthy weeknight dinner option. Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS:1 lb organic ground chicken
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp JF Curry Salt, more to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
PROCESS:Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If you can, refrigerate overnight. If not, give it at least 20 minutes.
Form 4 pattys and season the outside with JF Curry Salt and pepper. Push down the center of the burger a bit so they don't puff up.
Grill on high heat in BBQ until done or fry in olive oil in pan.
Serve ideally on a Martins Potato Bun with mustard, red onion, avocado, Bubbies bread and butter pickles, fresh summer tomatoes or omit for a GF option as pictured.
I still eat salt and pepper potato chips with it no matter what!
This is also amaze with chicken breasts, just poke the breasts with a fork before refrigerating overnight and add another garlic clove.
