1 lb organic ground chicken
1 garlic clove, minced very fine
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon JF Curry Salt and more to taste
fresh cracked black pepper
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. If you can, refrigerate overnight. If not, give it 20 min.
Form 4 pattys and season outside with JF Salt And pepper. Push down the center of the burger a bit so they don't puff up.
Grill on high heat in BBQ till done or fry in olive oil in pan.
Serve ideally on a Martins Potato Bun with mustard, red onion, avocado, Bubbies bread and butter pickles, fresh summer tomatoes or omit for a GF option as pictured.
I still eat salt and pepper potato chips with it no matter what!
This is also amaze with chicken breasts, just poke the breasts with a fork before refrigerating overnight and add another garlic clove.
