MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN BURGERS

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN BURGERS

I love mediterranean food. These burgers are a great healthy weeknight dinner option. Serves 4. 

INGREDIENTS

1lb organic ground chicken
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp JF Curry Salt, more to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Hamburger buns (I like Martin's; sub grain-free buns) 

TOPPINGS

Red onion, sliced
Avocado, sliced 
Pickles (I like Bubbies
Summer tomatoes, sliced 

PROCESS

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If you can, refrigerate overnight. If not, give it at least 20 minutes.

Form 4 patties and season the outside with JF Curry Salt and pepper. Push down the center of the burger a bit so they don't puff up. Grill on high heat on BBQ until done or fry in olive oil in pan.


Assemble burger and customize with toppings. I still eat salt and pepper potato chips with it no matter what!
