OH FUDGE!

This simple fudge recipe can be personalized to include your favorite mix ins and toppings. The whole family can enjoy it. Serves 10.

INGREDIENTS:

1 (7 OZ) jar of marshmallow cream
1 1/2 C granulated sugar
2/3 C evaporated milk
1/4 C butter
1/8 tsp salt
1 C milk chocolate chips
2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp vanilla
 
OPTIONAL ADD INS:
Walnuts
Marshmallows
 
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
Kit-Kats
Mini marshmallows
Chocolate chips
Any candy bars

PROCESS:

In a large pot on medium heat, combine the marshmallow cream, granulated sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Let it melt down and then bring the mixture to a boil and stir constantly for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not let it burn! Add the chocolate chips and stir constantly until they are melted in. Add the vanilla and mix in. If you are adding nuts or additional toppings add them now. Butter an 8x8 baking dish. Line it with parchment paper and carefully pour the fudge mixture into the baking dish. Smooth out the top. Now add whatever toppings your heart desires.  I used Kit-Kats, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows. Now let this sit in the fridge overnight before enjoying.
