CLEAN AND ZESTY LETTUCE WRAPS WITH HOMEMADE DUCK SAUCE
The easiest family dinner - so good and offers something for everyone. Totally customizable with your choice of toppings, sauces, and seasonings. Kept this totally intuitive - make enough to suit your family!
Butter or iceberg lettuce
Green onion, julienned
Cilantro, coarsely chopped
Chicken tenders, sautéed
2 (1lb) packages kelp noodles
1 Tbsp baking soda
1 lemon, juiced
JF Clean Duck Sauce
Dried seaweed, sliced (I like Wasabi Seasnax)
Open and drain the kelp noodles. Place them in a large bowl; add the baking soda and lemon juice. Pour in 6 cups of hot water and mix well. Let soak for 10 minutes until tender, then drain.
Sautéed Chicken Tenders
Season your chicken tenders with garlic powder, onion powder, JF Spicy Salt, and fresh cracked black pepper.
Begin to warm the olive oil over a high heat. Add the chicken, sautéing until you have an even color on both sides. Remove from heat when slightly browned and crisp.
Season your shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, JF Spicy Salt, and fresh cracked black pepper.

JF Duck Sauce
In a bowl whisk together the garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, chili powder, and apricot jam until well combined. Season with a pinch of JF Spicy Salt.
Assemble your lettuce wraps using the butter or iceberg lettuce as your base. Build upwards with the chicken or shrimp, julienned veg, kelp noodles, cilantro, sriracha, my JF Clean Duck Sauce, sliced seaweed, and lime. Enjoy!
