JF SPICY SALT PALEO BREAD

On my last trip to LA I found a delicious paleo bread but could only bring one loaf home. Try this recipe for anti-inflammatory, delicious bread.

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 C almond meal, use Bob’s Red Mill Superfine ‘Natural’ Almond Flour if you cannot find almond meal
1/4 C flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp JF Spicy Salt
5 large eggs
1/4 C coconut oil
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

PROCESS:

Preheat your oven to 350º. Combine the almond meal, flaxseed meal, coconut flour, baking soda and JF Spicy Salt. Mix to combine and set to the side. Using a food processor, blend the eggs, coconut oil, honey and apple cider vinegar. Slowly pour in the dry ingredients and pulse until combine. Be careful not to overmix. Pour into a bread loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. When the top is golden brown it is done.
