1/4 C of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 C of
El Christiano Silver Blanco tequlia
1 C of club soda
JF Spicy Salt
Optional garnishes: grapefruit slices, lime slices

PROCESS:

JF homemade rosemary simple syrup:

Over stovetop, bring water to a boil allowing sugar to dissolve. Once dissolved, remove from heat. Strain and let cool for 30 minutes. Transfer to a glass bottle. (Store up to 1 week)

Cocktail mix:

In a small pourable container, combine all ingredients. Add tequila. Stir and mix well. Keep chilled until ready to serve. Once ready to serve, add water, lime and grapefruit juice around individual glass rims. Dip rims into a plate of JF Spicy Salt. Pour mix into individual glasses over ice.
