2 large English cucumbers, cut into chunks
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
⅔ cup granulated sugar (sub coconut sugar)
10-15 fresh mint leaves
1 piece fresh ginger (1-2")
Vodka or tequila, depending on preference
4 cups water

Prepare all the ingredients and place in a blender. Add 2 cups water. Cover and blend until the mixture is very smooth. Pour the mixture through the strainer to remove the pulp. Add the remaining 2 cups of water. Add vodka or tequila depending on preference. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Cut a lime into quarters and add a notch in the middle of one quarter. Run the notched lime around the rim of the glass. PourJF Spicy Salt in a dish that is larger than the diameter of your glass. Tip the glass into the salt and twist the glass a bit to get the salt to stick.
