GREEN GODDESS TUNA SALAD
I decided to make a quick tuna recipe with my signature green goddess dressing served over a thinly sliced cabbage and radish mix. This is perfect for when you’re on the go!
1 can albacore wild tuna (I like Wild Planet)
Handful of red onion, chopped
Handful of cilantro
Handful of green cabbage, shredded
1 radish, sliced thin on the mandolin
2 Tbsp JF Green Goddess Dressing
Pinch of JF Spicy Salt
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette
Start by making the JF Green Goddess Dressing. To make it dairy free, I substituted the greek yogurt with Culina yogurt. Flake the tuna in a bowl and make sure there are no chunks. Mix the tuna and green goddess dressing together. Add in red onion, cilantro, and JF Spicy Salt. Slice the radish on a mandolin and then cut into matchsticks. In a separate bowl mix the cabbage and radish with the mustard vinaigrette. Plate the tuna over the cabbage and radish. Drizzle more of the green goddess dressing on top and serve!
