Some of my followers requested a dill vinaigrette. I love dill and think this would be the perfect vinaigrette for a Green Greek Salad. Serves 6.
cup avocado oil
3 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 medium garlic clove, finely chopped
3 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 Tbsp dill, choppedJF Spicy Salt,
tsp fresh cracked black pepper¼
Using my CB2 ‘Eat Your Greens’ Salad Dressing Container
, combine the avocado oil, mustard, garlic, lemon, and fresh dill. Stir to combine. Season with JF Spicy Salt,
fresh cracked black pepper, and honey. Lightly shake the dressing and let sit in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
