DILL VINAIGRETTE

Some of my followers requested a dill vinaigrette. I love dill and think this would be the perfect vinaigrette for a Green Greek Salad. Serves 6.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 C avocado oil
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 medium garlic clove, finely chopped
3 Tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
3 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp honey

PROCESS:

Using my CB2 ‘Eat Your Greens’ Salad Dressing Container, combine the avocado oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon, and fresh dill. Stir to combine. Season with JF Spicy Salt and fresh cracked black pepper. I do not usually add sweetener to my salad dressings, but I found this to be very tart. I added a small amount of honey to offset the tartness. Lightly shake the dressing and let sit in the fridge until you are ready to use it.
