CURRY TUNA

CURRY TUNA

Since my other mayo-free tuna recipes have been so popular I thought I would try a new one. Serves 2.
 

INGREDIENTS:

2 (4oz) cans of tuna
3 Tbsp JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette
tsp fresh cracked black pepper
2 tsp JF Curry Salt
½ tsp curry powder
¼ tsp Cobanero chili pepper flakes (sub crushed red pepper flakes)
3 celery stalks, finely diced
~20 dried cranberries, chopped finely
½ fresh jalapeño, deseeded and chopped finely
2 Tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped

 

PROCESS:

 Drain the two cans of tuna and flake very finely using the back of a fork. Add my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette and combine. Season with fresh cracked black pepper, JF Curry Salt, curry powder, and Cobanero chili. Mix well. Add the finely diced celery, red onion, dried cranberries, jalapeño, and cilantro. Season with extra JF Curry Salt to taste.
