Chorizo Tuna Cucumber Radish Salad

Working lunch today - super fast and easy, but just as equally clean and delicious. Finish with my go-to JF Spicy Salt. Serves 1.

INGREDIENTS

Cabbage, shredded
Persian cucumber, sliced thin on the mandoline
Radish, sliced thin on the mandoline
Jalapeño, deseeded and diced
1 package Wild Planet’s Chorizo Tuna
Flaked dill, torn
Chili olive oil, to taste (I like Brightland)
JF Spicy Salt, to taste

PROCESS

Step 1: In a large bowl, using the shredded cabbage as a base, begin to build your salad.

Step 2: Layer in your cucumber, radish, and jalapeño; toss to combine.

Step 3: Top with the flaked tuna, fresh dill, a drizzle of chili-infused EVOO, and my JF Spicy Salt. Enjoy!
