This is my ideal way to eat toast. It reminds me of my favorite sandwiches in California. Serves 1.


1 slice of bread, toasted (sub grain-free bread, toasted)
½ avocado
JF Spicy Salt
Crushed red pepper flakes
Fresh cracked black pepper
Olive oil
1 slice cheddar cheese (sub plant-based cheese) 
2-3 slices of red onion, sliced thin on the mandolin
¼ cup sprouts
2-3 slices of tomato
JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette


In a small bowl, mash together the avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice and drizzle of olive oil. Season it with JF Spicy Salt, crushed red chili pepper flakes, and fresh cracked black pepper. Spread this evenly on top of the slice of toast. Layer the cheddar cheese on top of this. Add the sprouts, red onion, and tomato in neat layers. Season with more JF Spicy Salt and fresh cracked black pepper. The key is to drizzle a little bit of my JF Simple Mustard Vinaigrette on top.
