BUFFALO CABBAGE

Even though I am changing my diet completely, I will never stop trying to re-invent bar food. This is just how I like to eat! Serves 2.

INGREDIENTS:

1 head of cabbage
Buffalo sauce (I like Primal Kitchen)
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Olive oil
1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped

PROCESS:

Preheat the oven to 400º. Chop your cabbage into 1” thick slices and lay them down on a baking sheet. Slather them in the buffalo sauce and spread it all over the tops of the cabbage. Flip and repeat on the other side. Drizzle these with olive oil and season with JF Spicy Salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Convection roast until the tops are charred, approximately 40 minutes. Top these with fresh chopped chives.
